ZNIR/CIA will be demonstrating at the 2016 VNCS Fair
ZNIR/CIA’s Shoshinkai Victoria will be demonstrating at the Victoria Nikkei Cultural Society’s 17th annual Japanese Cultural Fair on October 22, 2016 at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre. We will be demonstrating from 1:15 – 1:40, we hope to see you there!
2016 ZNIR Certificates have arrived
The ZNIR Dan Certificates for the 2016 CIA Summer Dan examination have arrived from the ZNIR in Japan through official channels. After some minor checks, CIA headquarters will be sending them out to your local Senseis, who will then present you your certificate.

VNCS Cultural Fair Demonstration
The Victoria Nikkei Cultural Society (VNCS) held their annual cultural fair Saturday, October 24, 2015, and Shoshinkai Victoria was there to demonstrate. Everyone enjoyed themselves, and it was great to demonstrate our passion for Iai in front of the community. We look forward to future demonstrations with the VNCS.

We are pleased to announce Sky Valley Hokusei Dojo has been officially approved as an affiliate Dojo in the ZNIR/CIA. We warmly welcome Sky Valley Hokusei Dojo to the Canadian Iaido Association and look forward to productive Iaido practice together.
